Seeing art from a different perspective: Think, Feel and Learn

Join our fun and interactive art tours led by K11 Art Foundation docents to take a deep dive into key artworks that are currently on view at K11 MUSEA. Explore the collection highlights using the exclusive learning tool TÖÖF, an art tour companion developed by K11 Art Foundation to inspire visitors of all ages to navigate art exhibitions with an inquisitive eye.

Evolving around the ideas “think” and “feel”, TÖÖF helps you to analyse and look at art  from multiple angles through a series of questions that inspire reflection and observation. In this tour, our docents will guide you through an art journey of “think” and “feel” enriched by the TÖÖF experience.

Guided tours are available in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Prior registration is required.

Our free guided tours are now open to school and group visits. Reservation can be made by completing and submitting the online registration form provided below. Just by selecting the option to subscribe to our e-newsletter at the bottom of the registration form, your group will be able to join a free guide tour.

Reservation Guidelines

1. Each tour lasts about 45 minutes, with 20 – 30 persons per group and a maximum of two groups at a time.
2. The tour reservation must be made one week before the proposed date of your visit.
3. A Confirmation Email with the visit date and arrangements will be sent to the applicant. If you do not receive a reply five days before the proposed date of visit, please contact at learning@k11artfoundation.org.
4. If you wish to amend or cancel your tour reservation, please notify us at learning@k11artfoundation.org at least three working days prior to your visit.
5. Participants should arrive at the venue before the specified time. K11 Art Foundation reserves the right to cancel the guided tour if the group is more than 15 minutes late. Please contact us by phone call as soon as you know your group will be late.
6. Tour reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the K11 Art Foundation’s final approval.

Terms and Conditions

1. The personal data provided in this form be used for processing your application for the tour (“Tour”) organized by K11 Art Foundation Limited (“K11 Art Foundation”) and for related registration, administrative communication, research, statistical and (subject to relevant consent) other marketing purposes. 2. If the Tour has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, our staff will notify the participants as soon as possible. In general, if typhoon signal no. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm is hoisted or still hoisted at or after 8:00 am, tours that day held at 2:00pm or before will be cancelled. If typhoon signal no. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm is hoisted or still hoisted at or after 2:00 pm, tours on that remaining day will be cancelled.
3. Photographs, audio-recordings and videos will be taken during the Tour (the “Recordings”). By participating in the Tour and accepting these terms and conditions, you are deemed (or where applicable, the relevant guardian or parent of a participant younger than 18 years old is deemed) to have granted K11 Art Foundation full rights to use the Recordings and any reproductions or adaptations of the Recordings in any media, platform and format as K11 Art Foundation deems fit for publicity or marketing or other related purposes (the “Marketing Materials”). All intellectual property rights of the Recordings and the Marketing Materials shall belong to K11 Art Foundation.
4. All participants are required to comply with the instructions given by on-site staff from time to time. In the event that any participant conducts himself/herself in any manner which in K11 Art Foundation’s opinion is immoral, offensive, provocative or otherwise inappropriate, K11 Art Foundation reserves the right to remove such participant from the Tour at any time without notice or any compensation whatsoever.
5. K11 Art Foundation has the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
6. K11 Art Foundation has the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of the K11 Art Foundation shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
7. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
