This year, K11 Art Foundation debuts its first youth art docent training programme for secondary school and university students to build skills and develop passion in discussing and viewing art. Share your passion for art. Eligibility Requirements: Aged 15 to 25 who wants to share their passion for art
Application Deadline: 12 September 2022
Application Results: Successful applicants will be notified via email on or before 16 September 2022
Deposit Payment: Successful applicants will be required to pay a deposit of HK$500 either by cash or crossed cheque on 24 September 2022, the first session of the programme. Deposits are refundable upon satisfactory completion of the course of 70% or above attendance rate.

Review: The Inaugural Youth Art Power Programme 2022


Terms and Conditions:

  1. The personal data provided in the application form will be used for processing your application for Youth Art Power Programme (the “Programme”) organized by K11 Art Foundation Limited (“K11 Art Foundation”) and for related registration, academic, administrative communication, research, statistical and (subject to relevant consent) other marketing purposes.   2. Photographs, audio-recordings and videos will be taken during the Programme (the “Recordings”). By participating in the Programme and accepting these terms and conditions, you are deemed (or where applicable, the relevant guardian or parent of a participant younger than 18 years old is deemed) to have granted K11 Art Foundation full rights to use your full name, your school and the Recordings and any reproductions or adaptations of the Recordings in any media, platform and format as K11 Art Foundation deems fit for publicity or marketing or other related purposes (the “Marketing Materials”). All intellectual property rights of the Recordings and the Marketing Materials shall belong to K11 Art Foundation.
  3. Deposits paid by either cash or crossed cheque are refundable upon satisfactory completion of the course of 70% or above attendance rate. Deposit paid by crossed cheque should be made payable to “K11 Art Foundation Limited”.
  4. All activities will be carried out in accordance with the government's latest epidemic prevention arrangements. Students who have successfully registered to the Programme may need to use the "LeaveHomeSafe" app or present their vaccination records to enter some activity venues. For the health and safety of all our staff and participants, K11 Art Foundation may require participants (and any accompanying persons) to make health declaration before entering the venue. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate and complete. K11 Art Foundation reserves the right to request any person with respiratory symptoms to leave the venue immediately.
  5. Successful applicants will be notified of their application results via email on or before 16 September 2022. If you do not hear from us before 17 September 2022, you may assume that your application is unsuccessful.
  6. If the Programme has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, our staff will notify the participants as soon as possible. In general, if tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm warning is hoisted or still hoisted at or after 8:00 am, the Programme held at 6:00pm or before on such day will be cancelled.
  7. If the Programme has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to social distancing measures or prohibition of similar events under relevant laws and regulations, our staff will notify the participants as soon as possible. Please comply with social distancing measures and all other applicable laws and regulations.
  8. All participants are required to comply with the instructions given by on-site staff from time to time. In the event that any participant conducts himself/herself in any manner which in K11 Art Foundation’s opinion is immoral, offensive, provocative or otherwise inappropriate, K11 Art Foundation reserves the right to remove such participant from this Programme at any time without notice or any compensation whatsoever.
  9. K11 Art Foundation has the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
  10. K11 Art Foundation has the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of the K11 Art Foundation shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
  12. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. If there are other language versions of these Terms and Conditions and there are discrepancies between the versions, the English version shall prevail.
