1980s was a poetic era, when the ’85 Movement advocated a creative concept “art for art’s sake”. Nevertheless, this spirit was slowly fading after the appearance of Political Pop in the 90s and the emergence of art commecialisation in the twenty first century. People’s imagination are gradually eroded by information explosion in new generation.

The exhibition showcases more than thirty pieces from three artists. These works recorded the artists’ live experiences, and their childlike frankness in poetic imaginations. Yet, they also brought up apparent complications in reality.
