Chan Ka Kiu

Hong Kong-based artist Chan Ka Kiu was born in 1995, and she graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She often works in video and painting, creating art that reveals her feelings and imagination surrounding episodes in daily life. Chan has a penchant for employing ready-made objects or images and incorporating familiar articles or scenes in her works to engage viewers. Her recent group exhibitions include Happily Ever After at Blind Spot Gallery, Hong Kong (2017); Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love for You at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2017); and Bad Bitches Says No Goodbye at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2017).
